When I first read Ann-Christine’s challenge, the song “The Wheels on the Bus Go Round and Round” came into my head and I can’t get it out. My youngest grandchild is 13 years, and I still remember that song. I’m hoping to get some of you to find it catching also. No, I’m not mean; I just like company!

Okay getting serious now, circles have no beginning or end and are continuous. I’ll start with metal and rust. I love the texture and patina of rust as it ages.

Nature’s floral treats are round also.

Now to round out my post with some fun single images.

Darn, I couldn’t find a bus with wheels. We’ll just have to imagine it. When you respond to this challenge, please link to Ann-Christine’s amazing post and use the Lens-Artist tag. Last week we learned some compositional rules. Thanks John. All your responses were great. Next week Patti will be challenging us, so be sure to look for her post.

  1. So many pretty circles, Anne! I remember that song all too well, but its a great childhood memory for when my daughters were young. I like that frog’s expression and the lotus pond. Is that the Sac Library Galleria dressed up for a formal affair. Great shot of all the shapes!

    1. Thanks Terri! It’s funny how things from memory pop up once stimulated. That picture is of a cruise ship’s dining room. I’ve never heard of the Sac Library Galleria. Where and what is it?

  2. I used to help out in the nursery, so many years ago, Anne. You have me sitting right back there now. Can we do ‘row, row, row your boat, gently down the stream’ next?

Love your selections but I can’t help being drawn to that sunrise.

  3. Excellent choices, Anne, and I too am in love with the rusty gallery. Yes, maybe that is why we like it when we get older…The guitars and the mirror – first ones I have seen , why didn’t I think of that? Sorry to hear about the pond – and now you got me humming on that bus song. We have it in Swedish as well.

  4. Yup, singing with you! I especially love your final gallery, Anne. All the random finds were a surprise. You are good at bringing the…oh…yes…that was a good one, to us. And the frog lips for the win!
